HR Generalist

JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL:

- Handle routine HR inquiries, managing to completion
- Conduct HR transactions including: orientation, leaves of absences, exit meetings, etc.
- Process HRIS transactions, ensuring data integrity and quality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guidance on HR policies, processes and self-service tools to employees and managers, escalating when necessary to internal COEs and external resources
-Participate and assist with location events
- Assist with departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Define, develop, and maintain concise documentation for procedures, work processes and reports
- Collect, analyze, and prepare visual HR related information such as the preparation of scorecards and dashboards as warranted
- Perform root-cause analysis using data, identify performance gaps and suggest process improvements that can streamline and improve customer service

LOCAL:

- Absenteeism, overtime reports (KPI's HR)
- Hiring, Onboarding and integrate a new employee
- To define all general HR Valladolid Plant Policies and adapt the organisation structure when the Department structure change
- Support to the payroll department through the calculation of some payroll lines and variables
- Monitoring of the permits granted in the plant and the corresponding supporting documents
- To manage that Performance Management System conducts to improve employees performance and development
- To advise and lead the resolution of all the collective internal issues
- To organise and use an Information and Comunication System to all employees
- To obtain individually information about potential problems on the labor environment, conducting surveys and assessment in order to adopt the necessary actions to adequate the personal Policy within the Company to avoid problems
- Develop and implement employees feedback systems
