HR Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Oversee the management of foreign workforce matters, including Work Permit and S Pass administration, dormitory arrangements, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Advise Management on manpower planning, talent development, and employee engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage employee disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and workplace investigations.
- Support annual performance appraisal, salary review, promotion, and succession planning exercises.
- Liaise with government agencies, external vendors, and training providers on HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports and manpower analysis for Management.
- Lead and mentor the HR team while driving continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and payroll administration.
- Experience managing foreign workforce matters and work pass administration.
- Familiar with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
