HR Manager
Responsible for partnering with the business to define, design, and implement people initiatives that positively impact organizational performance and culture. The HR Manager will play a key role in driving HR strategies at the country level, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. This role combines strategic partnership and operational execution, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with country and regional objectives.
- Support and execute HR strategies, including key projects and initiatives.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
- Localize and govern HR policies in line with Singapore regulations and best practices.
- Drive talent strategies, including talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and capability building.
- Promote a high-performance and engaged culture through employee experience initiatives.
- Provide oversight on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Lead HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams, COEs, and external partners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in HR business partnering and country-level HR leadership.
- Proven experience in executing HR strategies aligned to business goals.
- Experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.
- Strong expertise in talent management and leadership development.
- Solid employee relations experience handling complex cases.
- Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use HR analytics.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
