HR Manager

Responsibility

· Management of daily operations of HR personnel administrative matters

· Responsible for the delivery of efficient and accurate HR Admin processes

· Collecting, storing and managing important documentation in both electronic and hard copy format

· Preparation of employee documentation inclusive but not limited to employment contracts, employee settlement and offers of employment

· Tracking all matters pertaining to employee’s salary

· Enforcing compliance with HR policies, procedures and processes

· Maintaining up-to-date procedure manuals for all HR Administration duties

· Up-to-date on all government/employment act clauses and relay the necessary to staff

· Liaison with finance dept for salary & grant related matters

· Implementation of best HR practices

· Selection & recruitment including advertisement & interview

· Onboarding & induction for new employees

· Oversee and record appraisal and training needs

· Ensuring HR database is consistent and accurately reflected eg leave, contractual amendments etc


Qualification

· Degree in HR, Labor laws, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields

· At least 3 years’ experience

· Strong written & verbal communication skills

· Competent in Microsoft Office

· Can multitask and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

· Can work independently or under minimal supervision
