HR Recruiter

Job Description

· Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates.

· Develop recruitment strategies using job portals, agencies, career fairs, and other sourcing channels.

· Work closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment targets and timelines.

· Coordinate with recruitment agencies and provide interview guidance when needed.

· Prepare weekly recruitment reports and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

· Conduct exit interviews and support employee retention initiatives.

· Stay updated on market trends and government regulations related to recruitment.

· Assist in developing and updating HR policies andprocedures.

· Provide HR advice and support to employees and management.

Job Requirements

· At least 2 years of experience in recruiting field

· Possesses a Diploma in relevant field

· Team Player

· Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

· Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
