HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Verify attendance records, any deductions prior to payroll submission.
- Maintain and update employee leave records in HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees including document collection
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and letters
- Support initiatives to enhance employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Handle offboarding activities such as clearance and issuance of relevant letters.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and managing hiring calendars
- Support HR audits, surveys, and government reporting when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or similar discipline
- Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience, with experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Meticulous with strong attention to details and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and HR challenges
