HR Support Specialist

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

HR Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination and Tracking: Maintain project trackers, action logs, issue lists, and milestone updates
  • Coordinate meetings, capture key decisions, and follow up on action items with stakeholders
  • Process Documentation and SOP Support: Support documentation of current-state and future-state GPSS workflows
  • Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting: Collect and organize operational data, including case volumes, cycle times, service trends, and adoption metrics
  • AI, Automation and Digital Enablement Support: Support documentation of AI, automation, chatbot, workflow digitization, and self-service use cases
  • Change Management and Communications Support: Support communication drafts, user guides, training materials, FAQs, and knowledge updates

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, project coordination, process documentation, or business support
  • Strong coordination, organization, follow-up, documentation, and time management skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and project trackers
  • Good attention to detail, basic analytical ability, and ability to consolidate information clearly
