Human Capital Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Human Capital professional to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HC operations, and business partnering, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidates to secure qualified talent efficiently
  • Liaise with candidates throughout the hiring process to deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Support recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent pools
  • Organize and coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization
  • Prepare employment-related documentation and maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Administer employee lifecycle processes including probation, confirmation, transfers, and exits to maintain workforce stability
  • Maintain employee databases, manage leave administration, and assist in payroll preparation to support HC operations
  • Respond promptly to employee queries and provide HR administrative support to enhance employee satisfaction
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement, wellness, and welfare initiatives to promote a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and recruitment coordination to meet organizational needs
  • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, employment legislation, and company policies to mitigate risks
  • Maintain proper HC documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements effectively
  • Assist in implementing HC policies, procedures, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data to support informed decision-making
  • Support HR projects and perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall HC objectives

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Capital, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant Human Capital experience
  • Knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HC best practices
