Human Resource Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage training and courses for foreign workers
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Support monthly payroll processing, including overtime calculation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR records
- Handle general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Able to work independently and willing to work overtime during peak periods (e.g., month-end closing)
- Handle insurance claims (WIC) and medical insurance administration
- Familiar with PAM software for worker records, updates, and checks
- Monitor and verify site attendance records for all workers
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- 5-day work week
