Human Resource Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage training and courses for foreign workers
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Support monthly payroll processing, including overtime calculation
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR records
  • Handle general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Able to work independently and willing to work overtime during peak periods (e.g., month-end closing)
  • Handle insurance claims (WIC) and medical insurance administration
  • Familiar with PAM software for worker records, updates, and checks
  • Monitor and verify site attendance records for all workers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • 5-day work week
