Human Resource Executive

We are a China-based manufacturing firm expanding in Singapore to cover our clients in the Asia Pacific region. We are looking for an HR Executive to support our growing operations, covering core Human Resource functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resource Administration

  • Handle employee onboarding, transfers and departures
  • Maintain employee records and data in HR system
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, attendance management and support
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts/agreements and other HR documents

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Post job advertisements and screen applicants
  • Schedule interviews and track recruitment progress
  • Assist department heads with hiring and onboarding
  • Support Production workforce planning and staffing
  • Manage work pass applications and renewals

Compensation and Benefits

  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Manage CPF contributions and IRAS tax filings
  • Administer employee benefits (annual/sick leave, insurance etc.)

Employee Relations

  • Support daily employee communication and feedback
  • Organise employee engagement activities

Compliance and Policy Execution

  • Ensure HR policies comply with MOM regulations
  • Assist in drafting and updating of HR policies and procedures

Training and Development

  • Assist in organising employee training and onboarding programs
  • Track training records and evaluate effectiveness

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in human resource administration
  • Experience in new setups
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities
