Administration & HR Manager
We are a China-based manufacturing firm expanding in Singapore to cover our clients in the Asia Pacific region. We are looking for an Administration & Human Resource Manager to support our growing operations and cover core Administration and Human Resource functions within the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the daily administration of the office building
- Oversee recruitment, employee on and offboarding
- Assist with client visits and meeting arrangements
- Support and manage showroom operations
- Apply/ renew company licenses and permits, and liaise with relevant regulatory authorities
- Control administrative management expenses
- Manage office supplies and vendors
- Document and file management
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative work experience, preferably with medium-sized structured enterprises
- Familiar with operations in an office setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and deep sense of ownership and accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of both Chinese and English
