Administration & HR Manager

We are a China-based manufacturing firm expanding in Singapore to cover our clients in the Asia Pacific region. We are looking for an Administration & Human Resource Manager to support our growing operations and cover core Administration and Human Resource functions within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the daily administration of the office building
  • Oversee recruitment, employee on and offboarding
  • Assist with client visits and meeting arrangements
  • Support and manage showroom operations
  • Apply/ renew company licenses and permits, and liaise with relevant regulatory authorities
  • Control administrative management expenses
  • Manage office supplies and vendors
  • Document and file management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative work experience, preferably with medium-sized structured enterprises
  • Familiar with operations in an office setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and deep sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of both Chinese and English
