Human Resource Executive / Senior Executive
Responsibilities
- Provide end to end HR support to assigned business divisions, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes including responding to employee inquiries on benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze manpower reports for senior management.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and liaise with government authorities on employee-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and relevant labour legislation, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
