Human Resource Executive / Senior Executive

Responsibilities

  • Provide end to end HR support to assigned business divisions, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes including responding to employee inquiries on benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze manpower reports for senior management.
  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, and liaise with government authorities on employee-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and relevant labour legislation, with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Positive, resilient, and proactive mindset, with a solutions-oriented and innovative approach to challenges.
