Human Resource Generalist
· Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting, interview arrangements & follow-up with candidates.
· Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters & other HR-related documents.
· Conduct onboarding & ensure new employees complete all required documentation.
· Maintain& update employee records, personal files, leave records, attendance & HR databases.
· Support monthly payroll preparation, including checking attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions & other payroll-related information.
· Assist with work pass matters, renewals, applications, cancellations & related MOM submissions.
· Coordinate training arrangements & maintain training records.
· Support performance appraisal, confirmation, increment, bonus & promotion exercises.
· Handle employee queries on HR policies, leave, salary, benefits & general employment matters.
· Assist in disciplinary matters, grievance handling, counselling records & documentation where required.
· Ensure HR practices are in compliance with company policies, the Employment Act, MOM requirements & other relevant regulations.
· Assist in staff welfare, employee engagement activities & company events.
· Prepare HR reports & statistics as required by management.
· Provide general administrative support to the HR department & assist in any other duties assigned.
Requirements
· Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
· Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or all-rounder HR role in security industry.
· Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF & work pass matters.
· Experience in payroll, recruitment & HR administration will be an advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word.
· Good communication & interpersonal skills.
· Meticulous, organised & able to handle confidential information professionally.
· Able to work independently & manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Positive working attitude & willing to be hands-on.
