We are seeking a Human Resources Executive / Assistant (Payroll & Administration) to join our team. In this role, you will support payroll processing and handle a wide range of HR administrative duties across our diverse portfolio of F&B outlets, reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement for all employees.

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, attendance, leave, and payroll data.

  • Support the administration of employee benefits, claims, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IRAS, and other regulatory requirements).

  • Track and verify timesheets, overtime, and shift schedules in collaboration with outlet managers.

  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labour laws.

  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation, contract preparation, and employee correspondence.

  • Assist in maintaining HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and respond to employee payroll-related queries.

  • Support the Senior HR Manager in ad hoc HR projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles (experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus).

  • Familiarity with payroll processes, local statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS), and employment regulations in Singapore.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive payroll data.

  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR/payroll systems.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
