Executive Assistant cum Office and Finance Admin

The organization is a lean set up in Singapore with regional presence across India and US. They are looking for a person to handle a mixed scope role and fit well with the organizational culture.

Responsibilities
Majority of the scope would cover office and HR administration work. This includes facilities management and liaising with their HR vendor.

You'd also work with the Finance person in the company to handle some bookkeeping work.

Some scope will cover executive assistance to 3 senior management who travels relatively extensively. Mainly on travel and hotel arrangements.

Due to the companies' presence in India and US, you'd have to be comfortable liaising with these counterparts from a work and communication perspective.


Requirements
At least 5 years experience working in a lean set up and/mixed scope role. Someone who is a team player and willing to do what it takes to bring the organizational culture forward. We are looking for a committed and responsible individual.
