Human Resources Executive
Responsibilities
• Manage full employee lifecycle across key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate and support training, development, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure HR policy and practices comply with local labour laws and tripartite guidelines.
• Assist in the periodic view and implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
• Lead and contribute to HR-related projects from planning through execution.
Requirements:
• Be familiar with Singapore Employment Act.
• Able to manage recruitment, onboarding, MOM work passes, and HR administration independently.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
• Have good communication skills.
