Job Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes
• Support manpower administration matters such as work pass applications, employee accommodation arrangements, and compliance documentation
• Partner closely with employees and stakeholders to address HR-related queries and ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in payroll preparation, employee benefits administration, and insurance matters
• Maintain accurate HR records, organizational charts, policies, and SOP documentation
• Contribute to HR improvement initiatives, engagement activities, and other assigned projects

Requirements
• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment on a 5-day work week
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well across teams
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
