Human Resources Specialist
What You Can Expect:
- Preparing and publishing job postings on career portals as part of the selection and placement processes, and effectively managing the processes;
- Effectively utilizing existing candidate resources and developing alternative candidate channels to create a strong candidate pool;
- Conducting telephone and online interview processes with candidates;
- Conducting competency-based evaluations of interviewed candidates and preparing detailed candidate reports;
- Regularly monitoring candidate information and interview records in the database.
- Providing support to monthly reporting processes and international reporting studies;
- Supporting Rhenus Logistics' talent management processes and organizational development efforts;
- Taking an active role in Human Resources projects and contributing to process improvement efforts;
- Supporting the execution of employee performance evaluation, promotion, and job change processes;
- Supporting the coordination of in-house training and development plans.
- Controlling and monitoring employee personnel file processes.
- Providing support for internal compensation and benefits process studies.
What You Bring:
- Graduates of Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics, etc. departments of universities,
- 3-4 years of experience in relevant positions,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Experienced in Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management processes,
- Oriented towards continuous learning and development,
- Advanced English language skills,
- Strong communication skills,
- Sensitive to, valuing, and supportive of internal customer processes,
- Strong planning and organizational skills,
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
