HVAC System Leader

Job Responsibilities

· Perform HVAC cooling and heating load calculations and energy analysis.

· Design HVAC systems, including chilled water, air-side, and VRF/VRV systems.

· Select and size HVAC equipment such as chillers,AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems.

· Prepare HVAC design drawings, specifications,and technical documentation.

· Design ductwork and piping systems, includingairflow and hydraulic calculations.

· Conduct airflow analysis, system balancing, andperformance optimization.

· Coordinate HVAC designs with architectural,structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.

· Review shop drawings, material submittals, andvendor technical proposals.

· Support project planning, cost estimation, andbudget control.

· Monitor HVAC installation works and ensurecompliance with design specifications, codes, and standards.

· Manage contractors, subcontractors, andsuppliers during construction.

· Conduct testing, commissioning, troubleshooting,and system validation.

· Ensure compliance with local regulations, safetyrequirements, and sustainability standards.

· Provide technical support throughout the projectlifecycle, from concept design to project handover

· Participate in energy efficiency improvementsand value engineering initiatives.

· Prepare project reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering ,Architectural Engineering, Energy Engineering Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.

· Candidates shall possess qualifications and licenses in compliance with applicable local regulations and authority requirements.

· Proficient in both English and Chinese

· Strong hands-on experience in on-site supervision of fire protection system installations.

· Familiar with Singapore HVAC requirements, codes, and authority inspection processes administered by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).

· Knowledge of HVAC system testing, commissioning, and authority inspection workflows is an advantage.

· Able to work independently onsite, and coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, system vendors, and Clients.

· Willing to work in a site-based and shift-based environment, as required by the project
