Hygiene Manager
- Lead the hotel food safety culture, hygiene & sanitation program, and train the team on best practices
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, hygiene standards, & regulatory requirements
- Monitor hygiene reports and support internal & external audits
- Diploma or degree in Food Science, Catering, Kitchen Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, hygiene standards, OHS, and experience with hygiene audits from EHC and its manual and compliance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, English (written and verbal), with excellent communication and leadership abilities
