Hygiene Manager

  • Lead the hotel food safety culture, hygiene & sanitation program, and train the team on best practices
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, hygiene standards, & regulatory requirements
  • Monitor hygiene reports and support internal & external audits
  • Diploma or degree in Food Science, Catering, Kitchen Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, hygiene standards, OHS, and experience with hygiene audits from EHC and its manual and compliance management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, English (written and verbal), with excellent communication and leadership abilities
