HYGIENE OFFICER
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to join our F&B team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all our products and processes meet the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, NEA, SFA).
- Conduct regular hygiene and safety audits across outlets and central kitchen.
- Inspect raw materials, finished products, and storage conditions.
- Monitor temperature records, pest control activities, and sanitation schedules.
- Maintain QA documentation, audit reports, and corrective action records.
- Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to address quality issues.
- Support and train staff on food safety and hygiene practices.
- Prepare for and assist during SFA inspections and license renewals.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of QA experience in the F&B or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards.
- Familiar with SFA/NEA regulations.
- Meticulous, organized, and a good team player.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Food Hygiene & Safety Cert, Level 4.
