Immigration Consultant (Backend/Operations)

Role Summary: This role functions as our "Talent Delivery" operations unit. You are the backbone of our service delivery, ensuring that every application submitted by our firm meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end case documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy for each application
• Perform rigorous quality checks on documents to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on application status and addressing inquiries
• Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) regulations throughout the application process

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in immigration documentation, paralegal work, or corporate secretarial services
• Exceptional attention to detail demonstrated through thorough document review and error detection
• Proficiency in formal business writing to prepare clear, professional correspondence and documentation
