Immigration Consultant
Duties
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients via phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings.
- Understand clients' profiles, objectives, and concerns to recommend suitable immigration solutions.
- Present TIP's services confidently and professionally.
- Follow up on enquiries and leads in a timely manner.
- Convert consultations into signed clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
- Build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant services including PR, Citizenship, Work Passes, LTVP, DP, Corporate Services, and Tax Services where applicable.
- Participate in networking events, roadshows, exhibitions, seminars, and referral activities to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimally a Diploma in any field
• Proven experience in a previous sales role (optional)
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Self-motivated to hit reasonable and attainable sales targets.
• Language skills: Fluency in English and Mother Tongue, other languages are advantageous.
• Required computer skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF
