International Business Development & Business HR Consultant

Key Responsibilities

During Probation (Months 1–2)

  • Complete theory & practical training on:

    • International market entry strategies

    • Cross-border HR compliance (e.g., EOR, visas, payroll, labor laws)

    • Business development frameworks for B2B consulting

  • Proactively find and secure your own customers globally via LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach, etc.

  • Deliver weekly reports on client pipeline, proposals sent, and closed deals (if any).

  • Meet minimum activity benchmarks (e.g., 20 qualified conversations / week).

From Month 3 Onwards (Post-Probation)

  • Continue client acquisition and service delivery (international expansion + HR advisory).

  • Receive a monthly marketing budget from the company to accelerate lead generation (e.g., digital ads, targeted outreach tools, CRM automation).

  • Commission rates increase based on performance tiers (see below).

  • Collaborate with company on marketing ROI and client case studies.

Commission & Performance Structure

Probation Period (Months 1–2)

  • Commission: Full standard commission on any deals closed during probation.

  • No base salary, no marketing budget.

  • 100% training provided at no cost.

Post-Probation (From Month 3)

  • Monthly marketing budget allocated by company – amount based on prior month’s performance (e.g., $200–$1,000 / month).

  • Tiered commission increase (on top of standard rate):

Requirements

  • Proven experience in international business development (e.g., market entry, partnerships, sales) and/or business HR consulting (e.g., hiring, compliance, organizational design).

  • Existing network of SMEs, startups, or scaleups targeting cross-border growth – strongly preferred.

  • Self-starter with ability to manage full sales cycle independently.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).

  • Own laptop, phone, and reliable internet.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools (provided post-probation).
