Job Description

Responsibilities:

End to end service engagement/implementation management

Engage with the clients following handover from Sales and arrange initial kick off meeting & information gathering meetings

Project management, planning & regular client meetings

Gathering & documentation of client requirements

Training of client users

Creating specifications for new development

Working with 3rd party providers

Support the sales team by undertaking scoping work, answering emails on functionality and pre sales meetings

Candidates should have:

Previous experience working in an external customer focussed implementation role

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Highly organised with attention to detail

"Can do" attitude with a professional & friendly approach to people

Experience in arranging & scheduling appointments, reporting / updating on status of implementations

Experience in process management & application consulting

Experience / confidence in training one-on-one and larger groups
