In-House Accountant cum Admin Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated In-House Accountant cum Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role combines accounting and administrative responsibilities, requiring the candidate to independently manage the company's day-to-day financial accounts while providing effective administrative support to the management team. Candidates with a qualification in Accountancy or at least two years of working experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal financial and accounting functions, including payroll processing and statutory submissions, tax compliance, invoice and receipt management, and oversight of internal operational costs

• Track and consolidate fund performance and investment returns

• Provide general administrative support, including document management, client correspondence, and day-to-day office administration

• Support the CEO with executive assistant duties, including maintaining client relationships and managing communications

• Undertake any other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned by CEO

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of working experience

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and counterparts

• Strong numerical aptitude with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively

• Comfortable with occasional travel and flexible working arrangements when required by business needs
