In Room Dining Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and service-driven In-Room Dining Supervisor to oversee the seamless delivery of luxury in-room dining experiences while ensuring exceptional service standards aligned with FAENA and Forbes expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily In-Room Dining operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and luxury service delivery.
  • Lead and support the In-Room Dining team during service periods to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all food and beverage presentations, delivery standards, and service sequences meet FAENA luxury standards.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, stewarding, and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Monitor the setup, presentation, and cleanliness of trays, trolleys, and service equipment before and after delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently to create memorable experiences.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency, attention to detail, and operational excellence.
  • Support staff training, coaching, and development to enhance service performance and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all service procedures, SOPs, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and team allocation based on operational requirements.
  • Monitor operating supplies, equipment functionality, and report maintenance or stock concerns promptly.
  • Support upselling initiatives and encourage the team to enhance guest experiences through personalised recommendations.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily priorities, menu updates, VIP arrivals, and service expectations.
  • Maintain strong communication with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.
  • Ensure full compliance with Forbes standards, maintaining exceptional service quality, attention to detail, and operational excellence at all times.
  • Previous experience as an In-Room Dining Supervisor, F&B Supervisor, or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of luxury food and beverage service standards and guest engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate teams within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and service excellence.
  • Experience with POS systems, service coordination, and operational procedures.
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and confidently.
  • Professional grooming and presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Experience working within a Forbes standard hotel or luxury hospitality environment is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
