Responsibilities:

• Prepare & cook authentic Indian dishes & know how to make Prata

• Ensure consistent taste & quality

• Manage kitchen operations & inventory

• Maintain hygiene & cleanliness

• Stock monitoring & ordering

• Work closely with kitchen team

• Follow proper storage & labelling procedures

• Works well independently & in a team

• Good time management

• Strong hygiene & food safety habits
