Job Description

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on accounts and leads
• build good rapport with customers, understand customer needs and requirements
• answering to phone calls, emails and enquiries, serve walk-in customers
• maintain and expand database of customers
• identify sales opportunities and closing sales
• work closely with Sales team and provide support in the planning, coordination and execution of any activities
