We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. You will be shaping and learning the next digitalization of conservative industries with advancement of AI in advertising solutions.
Responsibilities
• Own, develop, and execute strategic account plans for high-tier, complex clients to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, nurture, and influence key decision-makers and C-suite executives as a trusted advisor to shape their long-term business and marketing strategies.
• Design and deliver tailored, differentiated advertising solutions utilizing compelling storytelling and data-driven insights to showcase unique competitive advantages.
• Identify, assess, and size incremental revenue and growth opportunities within the market.
• Lead internal stakeholders to determine sales potential, marketing efficiencies, and recommended strategic investments.
• Lead in-depth data analysis to extract actionable insights and provide high-impact strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
• Act as the primary escalation and strategic point of contact for premier accounts.
• Coordinate multiple internal workstreams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred
• Experience conducting in-depth data analysis to translate complex metrics into business recommendations and upsell opportunities.
• Deep expertise in the digital advertising landscape, emerging ad technologies, competitive market dynamics, and the modern media measurement ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in identifying emerging industry trends, analyzing consumer behaviors, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate globally/locally to solve intricate client issues and deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a knack for transforming abstract product features into high-value customer business outcomes.
