Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Support sales operations by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and assisting order processing to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction within a dynamic industrial technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to email enquiries, online webstore requests, and walk-in customer interactions to provide accurate information and support
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, collaborating with the sales team to drive deal closures and revenue growth
  • Assist the internal operations team in processing orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related environment
  • Knowledge of networking and computer technologies to support product understanding
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, and maintain a strong commitment to client satisfaction and sales goals
