Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary

You will develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships by providing technical, practical, and cost-effective industrial networking solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with existing customers to support repeat business and customer retention
  • Prepare accurate, detailed quotations based on customer requirements to facilitate timely sales transactions
  • Plan and execute sales activities including client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to drive sales growth
  • Clearly explain and demonstrate product features to help customers understand benefits and make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, scheduling, and technical issues to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Positive attitude, self-driven, and customer-focused mindset
