Intern Internal Audit

You will support the internal audit function across IT and operational domains to learn how audits are conducted and how regulatory requirements shape processes. You will assist in performing audit tasks, drafting documentation, and contributing to reports. You will collaborate with stakeholders, help track findings, and participate in internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Support the audit team during various audits learning how to evaluate compliance with financial regulations such as MiCAR and DORA and general internal control frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on regulatory requirements ensure the effectiveness of controls and promote a culture of compliance
• Draft high quality audit documentation and reports for review by audit management track open audit findings validate remediation actions and support quarterly and annual management reporting
• Participate in internal and external audits coordinating with various stakeholders

Requirements

• You are a current student or recent graduate in Business Administration Economics Computer Science Information Systems Law or a related field
• An interest in pursuing future industry certifications
• Previous experience in Internal Audit is a plus
• Strong interest in crypto finance and how tech driven companies operate
• Initial theoretical knowledge or keen interest in business processes internal controls internal audit or IT infrastructure
• Good interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate within a multicultural fast paced environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a strong asset
• Self driven highly organized with strong analytical skills and a growth mindset
