Internal Sales Assistant

  • Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, and taking of orders from the customers. Involved in the coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
  • Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
  • Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time.
  • Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Sales Manager immediately
  • Understand customer's requirements, provide advice and assistance to customers with regard to technical issues.
  • Able to work independently, strong initiative as well as a team player.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of sales support working experience. Relevant experience in Marine Industry is an added advantage.
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
  • Good communication skills & good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in SAP system is preferred.
  • Able to start work immediately.
