Technical Sales Support Coordinator
- Provide daily sales and administrative support by coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and related documentation for spare parts sales.
- Follow up closely on quotations and customer enquiries to secure sales orders.
- Handle customer phone calls and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer technical requirements and identify suitable spare parts based on specifications and drawings.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and documents for spare parts identification and order processing.
- Liaise with suppliers and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfilment.
- Maintain proper documentation and update sales records in the system.
- Support after-sales service coordination and resolve customer issues when required.
- Assist with any other duties related to sales support and coordination as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE / Diploma qualification in any discipline.
- 3 years of working experience in the Marine & Oil industry.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
