Technical Sales Support Coordinator

  • Provide daily sales and administrative support by coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and related documentation for spare parts sales.
  • Follow up closely on quotations and customer enquiries to secure sales orders.
  • Handle customer phone calls and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and identify suitable spare parts based on specifications and drawings.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and documents for spare parts identification and order processing.
  • Liaise with suppliers and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Maintain proper documentation and update sales records in the system.
  • Support after-sales service coordination and resolve customer issues when required.
  • Assist with any other duties related to sales support and coordination as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE / Diploma qualification in any discipline.
  • 3 years of working experience in the Marine & Oil industry.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
