Investment Manager
You will source, assess, structure, and monitor Bitcoin lending opportunities. You will perform end-to-end counterparty due diligence, design secured and over-collateralized lending structures, track portfolio exposures and risk indicators, build and run modeling scenarios, coordinate with counterparties and legal teams, and keep diligence files and dashboards audit-ready.
Responsibilities
- Conduct counterparty due diligence
- Design secured and over-collateralized lending structures and margin frameworks
- Monitor portfolio exposures limits collateral and early-warning indicators
- Model structured solutions and scenario analyses
- Lead and coordinate counterparty engagements and data rooms
- Contribute to investment documentation term sheets and IC decks
- Review and interrogate legal terms including security covenants and remedies
- Maintain diligence checklists trackers and audit-ready folders
Requirements
- 5–7 years in investment banking structured lending credit treasury risk or buy-side
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated credit analysis and end-to-end counterparty due diligence
- Familiarity with term sheets security and collateral packages covenants margining and basics of ISDA CSA GMRA GMSLA or loan agreements
- Practical use of stress scenario analysis sensitivities and simple VaR or limit frameworks
- Experience with modern modeling tooling and AI-assisted modeling
- Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills
- Proven ability to run parts of counterparty meetings and negotiate factual points
- Experience maintaining diligence checklists data rooms trackers and audit-ready foldering
- CFA or FRM or equivalent professional path in progress
