Investments, Planning and Insights Manager, ASO and Operations
Lead global investment strategy and financial operations while serving as the primary driver of executive-level marketing reporting and insights. Build scalable systems, deliver advanced measurement frameworks, and provide data-backed strategic guidance to senior leadership. This role is critical to ensuring marketing investments are strategically deployed, analytically measured, and clearly communicated, allowing leadership to confidently allocate capital and drive sustained global growth.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, financial planning, or investment strategy, including significant experience within a global organization
Expertise in marketing attribution, ROI analysis, forecasting and budget optimization
Experience driving impact and influence across cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing, and Analytics
Proficient in SQL, analyzing data, deriving insights, and translate insights into strategic actions to guide senior management and business leaders
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Global, in-house e-commerce marketing experience, particularly with Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Partners and China Platforms
Experience with ROAS frameworks and incrementality measurement
Advanced knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools
Background in global performance marketing or digital marketing organizations
Familiarity with Martech/adtech tools and marketing automation platforms
Proven track record of driving process improvements and leading financial operations
Proactive and ambitious approach, actively seeking opportunities to drive business growth and impact
Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, data warehousing and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Tableau).
MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Data Science, or related field
