SUMMARY OF ROLE:
This role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and ensuring qualified IT professionals are recruited across the various technical roles. The role will partner closely with the IT Account Manager to understand
staffing needs, review candidate profiles, and support a seamless and efficient selection process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and candidate evaluation practices
• Review and screen IT candidate resumes and profiles against job requirements, assessing both technical skills and cultural fit
• Support shortlisting decisions with clear rationale and attention to role alignment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, including status tracking, in partnership with recruitment; ensure timely follow ups
• Collaborate closely with the IT Account Manager to understand specific technical and staffing needs
• Facilitate communication and coordination throughout the hiring process between IT Account Manager and recruitment teams
• Schedule interviews and manage calendar invites using Microsoft Outlook and Team.
• Assist with vendor communication, providing timely updates and escalating issues when appropriate
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and in demand skills
• Prioritize tasks effectively and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Remain receptive to feedback and open to learning new processes and workflows
BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum two (2) years of work experience
• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, in IT
• Ability to effectively evaluate technical profiles
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, skills, and certifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preferably with some experience in customer service or client relations as well as IT.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing various tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail while maintaining high productivity.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
Location - Kharadi, Pune
Shift - US/Night Shift (WFO)
Transport - home pick up & drop (Up to 20 KMs)
