Job Summary
The IT & Administration Executive provides first-level IT support and manages administrative services to ensure smooth daily operations across company offices. This role supports IT infrastructure, facilities, vendor and asset management, and general office administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, email, network, and system issues to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and meeting room equipment for staff productivity
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and IT asset allocation
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and maintain service quality
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, software licenses, and user access records to ensure compliance and availability
- Obtain quotations and coordinate purchases of IT equipment and office supplies to optimize cost and quality
- Maintain records of company assets, contracts, and service agreements for accountability and audit readiness
- Support daily office administration by organizing facility operations and ensuring efficient workspace management
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and workspace setup to maintain a safe and functional environment
- Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and procurement activities to meet operational needs
- Liaise with landlords, building management, contractors, and service providers to facilitate office facility management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, administration, or facilities management
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networking principles
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks independently
