IT Engineer

• Minimum ITE/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Information Technology.
• Work in Advertising/Digital Signage/Directory kiosk environment will be a plus.
• Proficient knowledge in computer hardware & software system.
• Experience in managing computer network configuration, installation and server is a plus.
• Possess effective verbal & communication skills and good team player.
• Dynamic, flexible working and self-motivated working environment.

Job Responsibilities

• On-site customer support and do follow-up with engineers or supplier.
• Supporting in site survey, software installation, QC hardware supplier work.
• Supporting remote/on-site maintenance, attending to customers and resolve problems.
