Talent Acquisition (Recruiter) |Semiconductor/ Technology MNC

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. Itis ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

  • Location: Woodlands
  • Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
  • Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, and professional networks
  • Perform advanced Boolean search sourcing to identify passive candidates and niche talent
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical hiring and hard-to-fill roles
  • Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence research across industries and competitors
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through proactive outreach and networking
  • Conduct basic resume screening and candidate pre-qualification before handover to recruiters
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support sourcing strategy and talent acquisition planning
  • Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidate database accuracy
  • Ensure continuous improvement of sourcing strategies, talent pipeline quality, and time-to-fill efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Talent Sourcing / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition support
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive candidate sourcing
  • Proven experience in talent mapping and pipeline building
  • Familiar with technical sourcing / engineering / semiconductor recruitment (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of candidate engagement and sourcing strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
