IT Operations Analyst II

Job Track Description:

  • 4+ years of experience in application support with good communication skills
  • Desired Skills:
  • Should have worked in Application support
  • Ability to research issues and derive solutions from existing knowledge base
  • Ability to document newly derived solutions clearly and concisely for the benefit of the other team members/customer.
  • Will require to work in US hours shift and or weekend shift on a rotational basis
  • Monitor service platforms by available monitoring tools
  • Initiate troubleshooting activities if something wrong is found by monitoring
  • Answer service-related questions and feedback from users thru email and phone
  • Provide user access control and termination, as and when requested
  • L1 and L2 ticket handling, basic troubleshooting, and incident resolution wherever possible
  • Should be good at handling bridge calls.
  • Basic Knowledge of Windows Services.
  • Knowledge of Linux is an added advantage
  • Should be flexible enough to learn new process as and when required.
