IT SPECIALIST (PLCY/PLN)

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Personnel/Modified Direct Hire Authority. You will provide direction and monitor significant activities so IT services are successfully delivered and maintained throughout the life-cycle

You will manage the internal relationship with IT service owners and lead the definition and agreement of operating level agreements (OLAs).

You will review and/or conduct audits of IT programs and projects.

You will perform needs analyses to determine opportunities for new and improved business processes supporting IT service delivery.

You will develop and document supply chain risks for critical system elements, as appropriate.

You will gather feedback on customer satisfaction and internal service performance to foster continual improvement.
