The Role: The IT Support is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day technology operations across the business. Reporting into the IT Coordinator, this position serves as the first line of support for internal teams and Franchise Partners, ensuring systems are stable, secure, and fit for scale. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide first-line IT support across all studio locations, resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Support key third-party platforms including Momence, Accuro, and MTS.
- Assist and administer core business systems: Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoho One, WordPress, and key third-party platforms.
- Support domain management, DNS configuration, web hosting, and basic website updates and maintenance.
- Maintain clear IT documentation and deliver practical user training to improve
- Identify system inefficiencies and support continuous improvement of the IT ecosystem.
- Assist the evaluation, implementation, and scaling of new tools and technologies.
- Coordinate with technology vendors and suppliers, supporting procurement and inventory management.
The Person
- Hands-on experience with modern IT systems and platforms (g., Microsoft 365, CRM, Wordpress).
- Strong problem-solver with a practical and structured
- Service-oriented, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Clear, confident communicator, able to simplify complex concepts.
- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple
- Adaptable and resilient, comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Nice to have: exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Zoho One, Momence, networking fundamentals, and databases.
