Junior/Mid/Senior Thermal (HVAC) Engineer

We are currently looking for a Junior/Mid/Senior Thermal (HVAC) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Zagreb, Croatia!

​​You will be employed as a Thermal (HVAC) Engineer within Product Design and Engineering team who shall work on mechanical HVAC design of infrastructure solution. Further developing knowledge in HVAC discipline to be prepared for new up to date solutions. Responsible for the mechanical HVAC design on dedicated project and will coordinate mechanical HVAC designs with other disciplines.

What kind of work will you be doing?

• ​​Developing of project conceptual and detailed design for modular data centers and AI factories
• Development of mechanical project documentation based on input data (information, requirements, standards) such as heat load/capacity calculations, ventilation calculations, CFD analysis, functional diagrams, detail drawings, descriptions and material submittals
• Participating in kick-off meetings, regular project team meetings, and on-site coordination meetings
• Specifying Bill of Material (BOM) and services required for project execution
• Work on complex international projects and close collaboration with multidisciplinary and international teams (engineering, procurement, sales, service, IT, manufacturing, suppliers and technology partners)
• Reviewing and approving design documentation and components selections

Qualifications:

• Master of Mechanical Engineering (preferred in thermodynamics)
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience
• Experience in collaborative projects and team management
• ​Software - AutoCAD, MS Office, Revit (optional), CFD tools good to have (Ansys, DC Reality)
• Other skills – independent, attention to details, problem solving, organization, creativity, teamwork
• English minimum B2 level

Time Travel Required:

• Occasional site visits, coordination meetings and meeting with customers worldwide
