Junior Service Technician - Transformers Service

You will provide hands-on field service support, supporting installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Working on-site, you will apply technical drawings and manuals to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance.

In this role, dynamism, flexibility, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset are key to success. We are seeking a collaborative team player, able to work effectively across different organizational levels within an international environment.

How you will make an impact

• Working with a database tool to supervise equipment already installed at customer sites.

• Maintenance and repair of power equipment and accessories, both in the workshop and in the field.

• Installation and adaptation of accessories and systems.

• Technical support for installed products and equipment.

• Troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of faults.

• Decision-making regarding when products should be upgraded or replaced.

• On-site training for the customer support team.

Your background

• Minimum high school or technical course – we´re looking for junior profiles, willing to learn and develop their skillset.

• Valid driver´s license.

• Ability to work outdoors.

• You are well versed in the Microsoft Windows environment (MS Server, MS Office).

• Strong communication skills and team spirit.

• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese. Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
