Key Account Manager
Location: Singapore
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage enterprise client relationships to achieve business growth targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable products and business solutions.
- Lead commercial discussions, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Coordinate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or key account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage client accounts.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong teamwork and execution capabilities.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise services, financial services, technology, or internet-related industries.
- Existing enterprise client networks are preferred.
- Regional business development experience is a plus.
