Key Account Manager
You will manage strategic client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key clients. You will understand client needs and align solutions to meet business objectives, coordinate with sales product and support teams to deliver service, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitor account performance, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts
- Understand client business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales product and support to deliver exceptional service
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in account management or sales roles preferably within the payments or fintech industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted client relationships
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets
- Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple teams
- Self-motivated and results-driven with problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with payment processing solutions is a plus
