Job Summary

You will assist the Sous Chef in a Chinese restaurant by preparing ingredients, maintaining hygiene, and supporting food quality and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sous Chef in preparing dishes at the designated station to support smooth kitchen operations
  • Perform washing and cutting of ingredients accurately to ensure readiness for cooking
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation to comply with food safety regulations
  • Apply safe and precise knife skills to prepare ingredients efficiently and prevent accidents
  • Deliver food that meets quality and presentation standards to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrate positive energy and build trust through loyalty and teamwork in the kitchen
  • Manage work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet service demands
