L2 Application support
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
✅4–6 Years Experience (Mid-Level L2 Support)
- Provide Level 2 support for Java applications
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents
- Support RCA and issue resolution
- Work with SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate rollback activities during failed deployments
- Update configuration documentation
- Restart and monitor batch jobs
Technical Skills:
- Strong in Java, JavaScript, SQL (hands-on)
- Understanding of Middleware and API Gateway
- Experience in production support environments
Must-Have
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
